Taylor Swift criticises Damon Albarn for saying she doesn’t write her own songs

Taylor Swift has referred to as out Damon Albarn, lead singer of Blur and later of Gorillaz, on Twitter after the British musician advised the LA Times she “doesn’t write her personal songs”.

“I used to be such an enormous fan of yours until I noticed this,” the American singer, 32, tweeted at Albarn. “I write ALL of my own songs. Your scorching take is completely false and SO damaging. You don’t have to love my songs nevertheless it’s actually fucked as much as attempt to discredit my writing. WOW.”
