I feel when Damon put his vocals on, and I put my backing vocals on – that’s what makes Blur Blur. All of the sudden, it’s like, ‘Woah, it feels like Blur’. But type of more like men. (…) I feel the voices are deeper, perhaps richer. There’s a wierd vulnerability, but there’s type of a power. It’s an fascinating factor to be a part of. But extremely constructive. I assumed we have been getting on nice – there was plenty of laughing in the studio, plenty of fooling around. We had to giggle and be foolish because it was intense. You’ve acquired to have occasions if you’re simply being an fool.
