If you want to learn concerning the band I might say "Blur: 3862 Days" by Stuart Maconie is the perfect e-book, but if you'd like a much bigger image of the whole britpop scene, the best choice is The Final Social gathering by John Harris (there's one other version just referred to as Britpop, it's the same e-book), it is actually good.
