I was obsessive about Roxy Music as an adolescent. I heard their first two albums at a Scouts gathering and was hooked. Every week, I might purchase the maagzines Sounds, NME and Melody Maker if that they had any Roxy-related articles or pictures, and take my scissors to them for the scrapbook [pictured above]. I ultimately saw them at Birmingham Odeon in 1974 and nonetheless have the pristine programme and ticket stub. I never imagined that a few years later I might be photographing them and Bryan solo for Getty. Wanting by means of the guide brings again many glad reminiscences of my youth.
